In addition to lingering threats and attempts to my life, it is indeed very
discouraging and disappointing that because of apathetic, complacent and even
antagonistic attitudes of people in the Philippines and in the world, I got no
any positive return to my “book” that is intended for the massive campaign in
the Philippines against the savage cruelty of debt and the proposed debt-free
money creation solution.
IF ONLY?
If only people in the Philippines and in the world, those whom I approached
personally and via emails have only considered getting copies of my book, I
would have good income that I wouldn’t need to be in the pitiful begging
situation to keep going in our critical campaign operations and our survival in
this impoverished region in the Philippines; that I wouldn’t have any thought
on suicide nor abandoning Philippines.
If only there is income from this book, I would have been able to finance some
long-term for alternative solutions for sustainable projects for the poor
impoverished families in the region and elsewhere in the Philippines.
If only there is income from this book, I would have been able to help very
poor, hungry and starving Filipino families and their malnourished children in
the villages. I would have been able to help poor mothers, children and those
suffering calamities.
But people are either selfish or complacent. What I got is all criticism and
judgment! They don’t care. Even those Catholic Cardinals, Archbishops, Bishops,
Priests, Nuns, Lay Ministers do not care at all as if conspiracy is really at
work so subtle to discourage me and get rid of me.
Peoples in the West (with very few exceptions) are too smart and supercilious
downgrading any Third world advocate of solutions for third world nations’
travails of debt and poverty.
Even the Experts, Government officials and conspired powers are putting me
down by all as “quack”.
There are people in the world who even think of me as useless or even a weird
one or a mentally ill Filipino campaigner, etc. because of my works in the
Philippines.

MY BOOK THAT IS PRAGMATICALLY DEALING THE PHILIPPINE AND THE THIRD WORLD DEBT
AND INTEREST: THE SAVAGE CRUELTY OF DEBT, is called to be not in a marketable
form, and not marketable anywhere in the Western world! AND YET THERE ARE
NO HONEST EFFORTS TO ELIMINATE THE THIRD WORLD DEBTS AND MUCH MORE TO REFORM
THE MONEY SYSTEM.
This book is originally “not designed for profit-making” venture except in a
possible fund raising for the campaigns and for our survival in the
Philippines.
This book is a compilation of my articles over the years on Social Credit
monetary reform in the Philippines. The idea of monetary reform, much more the
Philosophy of Social Credit, is very remote and strange to most Filipinos,
except with the very few who have the common sense to understand the meaning
and impact to Philippine situation under debt-finance.
The MAJOR GOAL OF THIS BOOK:
This book is a compilation of my articles over the years on Social Credit
monetary reform in the Philippines. The idea of monetary reform, much more the
Philosophy of Social Credit, is very remote and strange to most Filipinos,
except with the very few who have the common sense to understand the meaning
and impact to Philippine situation under debt-finance.
The major goal of this book is to educate the native Filipinos in the
countryside of their financial-economic bill of rights, and thus mobilize them
in the process to form a strong public opinion about the debt and poverty
issues: the effects and the root-causes and pressure the Philippine Government
to effect the necessary change through the reform of the money system by
legislation from being debt-based to debt-free economy to find the schemes and
mechanisms to provide financial-economic security to every citizen from the
conception to the grave. Most of my articles in this book are pragmatic,
straightforward, bold enough to the issues for the Filipino people and written
without ambiguities for the common and direct understanding of Filipinos in the
countryside. I do hope that the presentation of issues in laymen’s terms, the
diagnosis of the root-causes of the problems of debt and poverty and the
proposed solutions and ideas shall help to build and activate in a new way a
coalition of common causes and forces for a real change for the Philippines in
the 21s t century.
The campaign for monetary reform is for all Filipinos, irrespective of
educational backgrounds, titles, status, also gender, tribal races, religions
and sects, orientations, belief systems and even philosophical and political
persuasions. According to latest Philippine statistics, there are more than 80
Million Filipinos, and 70% to 80% are in the traps of poverty. I prognosticate
that this is a great opportunity for the large percentage of the population in
poverty to reverse the situation by urgently reforming the money system to
realize the rewards and benefits of economic security and prosperity due to
every Filipino citizen. This is possible if there will be at least one million
campaigners for monetary reform for the next five to ten years time. Today, I
invite you to join in this campaign.
Let this book inspire, stimulate and usher a new kind or form of unique
non-violent revolution in the Philippines in the 21st century.
This book demonstrates how dreadful are most IMF's and World Bank's debt
finance projects, and educates all citizens in the countryside of their
financial-economic bill of rights. We mobilize them to form a strong public
opinion against the odious debts, and all debts and interest from debt finance,
and diagnose the major causes of monetary poverty and thus provide best
solutions for everyone. Knowing all the life-soul-killing effects of these
evils of debt finance, we pressure the Government(s) to implement the most
necessary change through urgent reforms. The most important reform is the money
system creation from being debt-based to debt-free financial-economy, and
propose the schemes and mechanisms to provide financial-economic security to
every citizen from conception to the grave, at a very low cost without
discrimination, and with less taxes for everybody, and thus we can invest in
more efficient projects for the welfare, security and survival of the citizens.

Concerned Citizens:
We don't need debates but brainstorming!
I am sure that we're all educated and convinced, and the most important we're
all converted to truths.
But if what we believe we are, why do we need to continue endless debates going
nowhere that oftentimes lead to terrible ambiguities and dilemma and even
ill-feelings?
WHAT WE NEED IS SOCIAL CREDIT MONETARY REFORM - DEBT FREE MONEY BRAINSTORMING
EFFORTS.
What we need is inspirations, encouragement, unity of mind and goals,
solidarity of efforts, not like politicians in dirty bickering.
What we have to do is to continue brainstorming technique - for gathering and
developing, perhaps modifying the monetary reform ideas and proposals to solve
the devastating money problems. Remember, billions of people across the planet
suffering, millions dying in hunger and poverty as a fatal result of the debt
money system and much more the psychological trauma it causes that carries to
lifetime and its litany of evils. I AM A BELIEVER THAT THAT THE NUCLEUS OF ALL
EVILS STEMS FROM THOSE WHO CONTROL THE MONEY.
Social Credit brainstorming can be used as FORMAT SETTING for the use of our
combined thinking and imagination, and thus creates encouragement, NOT
ENCROACHMENT, FOR THE APPLICATION OF SOCIAL CREDIT PRINCIPLES AND ITS MONETARY
REFORM POLICIES AND ITS PRAGMATIC TECHNIQUES while providing a respite from the
rigidity of the orthodox vertical Social Credit thinking and the same time
avoiding ambiguous terms.
Let us have a Social Credit brainstorming - simultaneous technique by which
Social Crediters, monetary reforms and other related groups of the same
concerns and mission attempt to find "a common ground solutions" for the
problems of debt, financial-economic crisis, poverty, hunger, etc. by amassing
all our 'practical ideas" spontaneously by the concerned peoples in adherence
to Socred monetary reform opened to modifications.
I would like to advocate to this process that is designed to obtain the
'MAXIMUM NUMBER OF POWERFUL IDEAS AND OPINIONS to demand for radical change,
pressure the Governments and educate the peoples that WE URGENTLY NEED
DEBT-FREE MONEY CREATION and that requires the reform of the present banking
system. Let the Government create the money debt free and take the power of
creating money from the private banks. This also requires legislation.
Let us stimulate, enhance each other for the common goals.
What we also need is creative money reform thinking rather than debate-based
thinking.
CAN'T WE MAKE A UNIVERSAL CONSENSUS to demand and create a new monetary system?
LET'S NOT PLAGUE DOWN THE SOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS OF DEBT, POVERTY AND HUNGER OF
MILLIONS TO BILLIONS OF PEOPLE.
I am a poor guy in the Philippines. I can't match your educational attainments
and titles. I am nothing but this is all my PLEA TO ALL Social Crediters and
monetary reformers in contention all over the world.
THE BEST THING THAT MAY COUNT IS THE QUALITY OF THE IDEA, NOT REALLY THE RANK
OF THE PERSON ORIGINATING IT.
We need a total departure from the from the present debt-based financial system
- the only brutal truth to rebuild the new civilization and to free from THE
SAVAGE CRUELTY OF DEBT.
