Pretty please read the title, description, and first comments -- This report is about showing the "starting version 219" text message during early boot. This is purely cosmetical, has been silenced in 15.10, and for sure does not actually break boot, logging in, etc. These effects are much more likely to be failures of sddm, so please report bugs against that.
