Ubuntu web browser won't remember full-screen

Bug description:
The default browser for web-apps won't remember when a webapp is full
screen. I.e., I open facebook through the webapp launcher icon, and it
starts in a small window, rather than the full one from last time.
This bug is not critical, but affects the overall look and polish of
this release.
