On my device, the following command has an empty output:
phablet@ubuntu-phablet:/usr/share$ find . -name ubuntu-ui-toolkit.mo
so it looks like the UITK isn’t installing its translations any longer,
that would be a recent regression.

- Open webbrowser-app.
- Go to slashdot.org
- Select a text.
Expected result.
- The select text dialog is translated to Spanish.
Actual result.
- Dialog is in English.
