Found the issue and working on a fix. As per my #ubuntu-touch discussion
with pitti, it seems that the pkg domains in langpack-o-matic are
handled invalidly. The reason it worked before (for ubuntu-ui-toolkit)
was actually because of the earlier bug with merging tarballs. When we
didn't merge the mapping files properly in the past, there was only one
domain in the pkg_domain variable - the ubuntu-ui-toolkit. Now that
there's more than one (since ubuntu-ui-toolkit has ubuntu-ui-toolkit and
ubuntu-ui-toolkit-gallery), l-o-m actually only takes the last one it
finds into consideration (so ubuntu-ui-toolkit-gallery).
With this fix (and using the new potemplate stats) we should get much
more translations than before.
