Bug description:
  webbrowser - when you drop back a tab it always places the tab at the
  last position, should be placed where the mouse pointer is, i think

  open the webbrowser app, open many tabs, drag a random tab out into a
  new window, drop the tab back into the tabs bar, it always places the
  tab at the last position on the tabs bar. this not like a bug bug,
  maybe i'm just to used to the google's chrome tab management way
