Title: Rating Stars should be interactive Status in Ubuntu UI Toolkit: Invalid Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: Rating Stars component in the Dash (which is going to be added to the SDK as mentioned in some discussions), should allow to set an interactive=true/false property, so when it's false just show the proper value representation with stars, and when it is true it allows the user to change that value and notify of that change to the parent container.
