1. open a handful of apps, make sure at least 2 of them rotate when focused
2. make sure 1 of the rotating apps is focused
3. put in spread, rotate phone
result is that last focused app will rotate, other apps that rotate are fixed
if you swap the apps to be focused on a different app before re-entering spread
you will see the the app that rotates vs fixed will change (it follows the last
focused app)
