Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure no apps are running
2. Go to the apps scope in the dash
3. Double tap quickly on an app of the second row of apps (camera for example)
Expected result:
The app (camera) opens.
Current result:
The app (camera) opens as well as the app whose icon is in the row just above
(contacts).
** Affects: unity8 (Ubuntu)
