Title: [QtComp] Apps are not suspended if unfocused before they're started Status in qtmir package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: If an app is unfocused before its fully started, there's an exception in AppMan to not suspend it immediately. That's fine because suspending it at that point would lead to nasty/undefined behavior. However, the app should be suspended once its fully started.
