Title:
issue with changing volume after connecting to a2dp device

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When I am connecting to an a2dp device, Ubuntu immediately starts
streaming my music over bluetooth. However, while the music is
transmitted wirelessly without any further action, changing the volume
doesn't work yet, one needs to open the audio settings menu and select
  the a2dp device first.

I experienced this issue under Ubuntu 12.04 and 12.10
