Title:
Rotating the screen can leave the mouse pointer off-screen

Bug description:
Rotating the screen can leave the mouse pointer off-screen.

I've noticed this on a few systems now. If you rotate the screen with
Ctrl+Alt+arrows then sometimes you'll get stuck in one orientation and
can't get out of it. This is because the mouse pointer has been left
in an old location that's off-screen for the new orientation. And
demo-shell is designed to only rotate the display(s) that contain the
  mouse pointer.

Simple workaround: Remember to move the mouse back on-screen to select
which monitor to rotate before you attempt it.
