Bug description:
Mir servers use more CPU to bypass than to GL composite.
I've just noticed on my xenial desktop the CPU usage of a Mir server
when running a single fullscreen client:
~3% CPU to composite using OpenGL (admittedly this does not count the high
GPU usage)
~5% CPU to bypass the surface to the screen (skipping OpenGL).
It's likely the system still uses much less power in bypass as the GPU
is unused in that mode. But still a curious observation...
