As possibly expected, I cannot reproduce this with the current image. By messaging menu, I assume you mean "notifications"? Current behavior results in the dialer app opening with the number of the missed call input. Given the slight ambiguity in the steps to reproduce, can you please confirm this when you have a chance @kevin?
