Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the
ticket?

If you are, could you let us know and, in the current version, could you run
the following (only once):
apport-collect 1069959
and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for this
particular issue.

HP 8500 skips printing about 3/32 inch of top of document

Bug description:
The top few pixels of anything printed from Evolution, Firefox,
LibreOffice applications, Shotwell, and probably others are missing on
the printout with HP 8500A on wifi. The problem does not occur with
"lpr". Note that this is the logical top but could be any of the four
sides of the paper.
