This sounds like likely to be a hardware fault. If not a faulty screen
then a faulty connection or faulty cable. Please try replacing the
cable.

It seems there was no secondary screen connected when you opened this
bug. Can you tell us what type of connector you are using?

Title:
i915: Secondary screen shows a bluish color shift. White turns into a
  turquoise.

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
The process with this pc and my tv monitor (an old Sonoko) always takes alot
with Ubuntu. It takes even a little bit with Windows on the same device, but
with this distro (the only one I've ever tried, 19.04) it can even takes
minutes and even a counter intuitive setup.
I tried alot of days ago and I hope it can show up in the logs.
Furthermore the screen no 2, when finally start working, has a color shift. A
blue-ish shift. From the color the mouse cursor it seems white turns into a
turquoise.
I decided to report it now because I thought it was the old tv fault, but
today I decide to plug a new laptop on that and, even if Windows colors are a
little bit off, it's not at the same level as this issue
