Bug description:
When I try to file a bug through ubuntu-bug, the following error
message is displayed:

apport.fatal('Could not import module, is a package upgrade in progress?
Error: %s', str(e))
NameError: name 'apport' is not defined
I have the apport and apport-kde packages installed in my system.
It would be nice if it was possible to report bugs on Kubuntu 11.04
