Public bug reported:

Hardware: Lenovo P73 with NVIDEA RTX-5000 QMax

20.04 Daily Build install.

On using the USB drive for a new install the screen is corrupt. This can be
worked around by:
1. Waiting for Focal Fossa to give the sound showing the splash screen.
2. Closing the screen so it goes into sleep mode.
3. Open the screen and hit the power button to wake the system.
4. Wait a second or two and screen loads correctly and the rest of the install
works beautifully.
