[Realtek ALC660-VD] microphone problem on toshiba satellite l40 14f

Bug description:
By default external microphone does not work on toshiba satellite l40
14f (the computer does not have an internal microphone). The
workaround is to set hda audio model to "3stack" in alsa module
configuration and microphone set to "Mic" (not Front Mic). Bug was
reported on an already working configuration.
