sound playback skips and repeats short pieces

Bug description:
Sound functions well. Only while playing mp3's in rhytmbox (and
playing games in wine) short pieces of the currently playing number
are repeated replacing the current part. E.g. if a song would sound
like "abcdefg" one would hear "abcbefg" or "abbdefg". After rewinding,
the song may be played in the correct sequence or a different wrong
sequence.
