Hello David, or anyone else affected, Accepted gtk+3.0 into hirsute-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gtk+3.0/3.24.25-1ubuntu4.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Yesterday, when I was still running 20.04, Auto-Correct worked fine -- same LibreOffice version, same LibreOffice profile, same LibreOffice document, and no changes on my part to my LibreOffice settings since I installed Ubuntu 21.04.
