Bottom edge doesn't follow finger

Bug description:
* start by quickly pulling up the bottom edge but do not release the finger
* move the finger slowly up and down
=> the scopes list does follow the up/down movement, but is way off
from the finger position
expected:
The top edge of the scopes list should stick to the finger's position
