I tested with rtm build 242.

Try sending text along with the vcard attachment. It's possible your
operator is stripping the vcard attachement. Also please provide the
output of .cache/upstart/nuntium.log

Bug description:
  I tried to send a vcard via SMS from another phone to the Ubuntu
  Phone. It seems to get lost. No indication or anything shows up.
