The toolbar is handled by the MainView, which in version 1.2 no longer
supports the toolbar. So even if the import in Toolbar.qml is 0.1, we
cannot show the toolbar. I will remove the toolbar example from the
gallery.

Bug description:
Using the current vivid version
"bzr checkout lp:ubuntu-ui-toolkit/staging; cd staging; qmlscene
examples/ubuntu-ui-toolkit-gallery/Toolbar.qml"
the example has no toolbar showing, it did before the recent uitk
update (the toolbar is deprecated in 1.2 but that code imports 0.1)
