Thansk again If you're talking about a BIG disk (500gig or larger) and a BIG music collection, I'd go with NTFS, which uses the hard disk space much more efficiently than FAT32. In terms of copying your music files from your Mac to the usb connected NTFS drive, you can just "drag" the music to the new drive, but you have to jump through one hoop first. Here is a GUI utility that I haven't personally tired, but it should make jumping through this particular hoop pretty painless: http://ntfsmounter.com/ PS: This is snow-leopard only.
