I'm not sure I agree completely with this. In my experience, companies usually don't talk about unannounced products (publicly), not necessarily announced but not shipping products. It may be Logitech's strategy, but usually companies try to estimate it so customers can make decisions (like buy another logitech product). In fact, it would be a really bad move not to in this case if someone put an order in thinking they could get it for the holidays and then they have nothing when that time rolls around. I think they blew this one.
