I give up !!! No one needs to have "first hand information" to reach the conclusion that the Touch 'team', if it can be called a team, is disfunctional - the fact is self evident. Please stop attacking me for stating an obvious truth, IMHO, it is not me that this thread is about. it is the delay in the launch of the Touch. Incidentally, if no one from Logitech has issued a launch date, then there is no delay and this whole thread is pointless. Is the launch delayed or is it not, and why is it that no one from Logitech can OFFICIALLY be arsed to confirm what the current position is. Surely I, as a customer who has forwarded payment for a product, am entitled to an answer to my enquiries about likely delivery date?? It is not a matter of life or death, my life will, hopefully proceed unaffected by if and when my Touch is delivered. It IS a matter of a business treating it's customers with the respect that they deserve. Forget about me and my problems, get back on topic and comment on the lack of an OFFICIAL release date for the Touch.
