Thanks for the info...I did the same thing you did by searching for jpg. files. I could not figure out though how to resize them all at once...I had to do most of them individually. What's the trick for reducing them all in one shot? I'm starting to think this is not my problem though, seeing that you only reduced your files that were over 400kb and you have 1600 files. I only have 625 files and all are under 400kb.
