What firmware version is it on ? settings > advanced > about at least 7.5.0 r8673
Have you upgraded it when you configured it or did it not prompt for an firmware upgrade ? It should firmware upgrade when you do the mysqueezebox.com procedure Do you use a local squeezeboxserver ? Btw they have been sitting in ware houses for >6 months, so delivered firmware is not fit , it would guess that NTFS support was not implemented that was a late fix.
