Touch appears to have NFS client support, so you could probably use an NFS share/mountpoint on your NAS and do a little Linux work (scripting & /etc/fstab editing) on Touch to make this happen (albeit without having status info & controls in the regular Touch menus). I'd suggest using a SDHC card in Touch for the cachedir.
