on one of the missing album art songs, go into itunes, right click on track, go to properties, album art tab, and you'll likely see your itunes art there. Right click on the art, then immediately paste into the same box. Now the artwork is embedded in the tag. You can do this album at a time. When done, you'll have the album art embedded, then SbS can read it. As pointed out, itunes stores your art (when it finds it) in its own database, not in the file (or as a jpg in the file's subdirectory). So SbS doesn't see this.
