I figured out that copy-paste work around in iTunes for Windows when my album art was often missing from my iPod. I found the artwork on the net and copied it, selected all songs within the album (in iTunes via get info), and pasted the artwork into the thumbnail box for the songs. When I synced the songs to my iPod, that fixed the missing artwork for the iPod. I went through that process for every album I have (all ripped to ALAC via iTunes. And I manage the folders manually so I can easily copy and back up selected artists/albums.) After receiving the Touch, I copied a few of the music folders from my PC to a usb flash drive to see how the Touch works. Sadly, the artwork is missing from many of the songs when I play them through the Touch. I also noticed a problem where some songs stop playing with abut 30 seconds remaining, and the Touch just goes to the next song -- even with crossfade off. Someone else mentioned the same problem in one of the SBT forums. I'm not sure if it indicates a corrupted file or something else or if it's related to this issue or not. Other than that, everything else on the Touch works great. I was particularly surprised at how much I like the internet radio feature.
