USB sharing is turned on by: settings>advanced/USB and SD Storage Click on Sharing>Enable Sharing. You should then see the drive under windows IF your workgroup is WORKGROUP. If your workgroup is a different name you have to change the Touch workgroup which is a bit more complicated.
