It's essentially the same server (actually the server on the Touch is closer to 7.6 than 7.5, because it uses SQLite on the backend). Are you sure your scan on the Touch ran to completion? Have you checked the logs? Beyond that, it would help to isolate a particular case that is not displaying correctly on the Touch, and provide more specific details than -"shows multiple albums, different artwork, etc."-. From there it should be easier to troubleshoot your problem.
