I really believe you are on to something. I thought the USB HD would use the same recycle bin as my PC. Interesting. Also, when I checked the USB HD's recycle bin, indeed there were over 3,500 deleted files on it (long story short- I had to re-rip most of my CDs after subjecting the flacs to the evils of track leveling in MediaMonkey). Alas, after deleting the files, I plugged my Touch in and nothing happened. It was the wrong AC adapter! It was the AC adapter for my WD hard drive! I have two WD HDs and had accidentally grabbed the unused one and plugged it into my Touch! Bad news: Touch was fried. Good news: Believe it or not, Logitech is going to replace it. Anger over my stupidity and relief over Logitech's CS. I thought for sure I was holding a $300.00 brick. Well I am, but the brick will be replaced. Thanks for the info on the fix for my multiple albums. After I get my new Touch, I'll let you know if it worked. I'm sure it will, it will just take a while to find out. -- starfury ------------------------------------------------------------------------ starfury's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=37465 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=77793 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
