Is this using the built in server on the Touch or connected to the software?
Someone had an identical issue (last 10-15 seconds cut off) with WMA files a while back and it was related to his file transcoding settings (whatever he was running the software on didn't have WMA support codecs installed and the transcoding wasn't working properly). -- Siduhe Who am I on 'LAST.FM' (http://www.last.fm/user/siduhe)?
