I don't know much about Mac computers, but as long as yours has an
ethernet port in addition to the wireless connection, and as long as
the Mac OS has the ability to share an internet connection, it should
be possible. 

Googling "internet connection sharing & Mac" gives some results that
suggest that in the Mac operating system there is a Sharing Pane under
System Preferences that allows you to enable sharing, and that you
could set it to share "From the Airport" "To Ethernet".  That would
more or less take care of step 2 in my description above, and maybe
once that is done, getting the Touch connected would be similar to step
3.  It might be worth playing around a bit.  

If the Mac doesn't provide DHCP with its Internet Connection sharing,
you might have to enter the networking addresses yourself.  It would
probably be similar to this example using an xbox 360
