Thanks, that answers some of that. A separate SBS probably defeats the purpose of putting the line in on the Touch. I'm trying to not run another computer, otherwise I'd just run XBMC or something. I'm not sure why there would be a need to transcode, could the Touch not send the audio to other devices as it does with locally stored audio, without transcoding?
