I am sure I read on a forum months ago that one of the beta testers got their Touch to output through the USB by 'messing about' with the options. He didn't go into detail of how he achieved this and I was hoping that by release there would be an option somewhere in the menu to do this. Does anyone know how to set the USB to output the digi audio feed?
The reason I am asking is I am looking for a new hi-end dac with USB-in and would like to feed it from the Touch via its USB. Having not actually tried this yet, will it just recognise its connected to a dac and automatically start to send out through USB when its plugged in?
