Why are normal people not able to use correctly their Squeezebox? Why do even engineers need hours every time they try to install a plugin until it works correctly?
My answer is simple - and it can be extrapolated to other software-intensive Logitech products like the Harmony remote: THE DOCUMENTATION IS USELESS WHEN IT EXISTS, OFTEN IT DOES NOT EVEN EXIST. It seems that Logitech expects that everyone enjoys surfing for hours in forum.slimdevices.com everytime they what to do something with one of their products. Maybe I'm not the only one who does not enjoy that...
