I'm with you, Pat For less than USD $375 I can get a Compaq dual processor W7HP machine with dual video outs and: widescreen monitor 320 GB HDA 3 GB of memory DVD writer about 75w of consumption without power-saving. On this machine (with VMware workstation,) I'm running: Win7 HP with RDP. 3 vortexbox instances (thanks) the host is vista ultimate (which was upgraded from my "partner pack.") I didn't want it to do everything. I wanted it to be clever. Paul -- pski real stereo doesn't wake neighbors (it enrages them) my music is NOT transient. i want everything all the time and that is what squeeze WAS all about. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pski's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=15574 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79173 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
