I think the idea here is to contact the Squeezebox Server page at port 9000. On that webpage you can selectand control any player...
If the Nokia is a web-enabled an it can hook up to the local netword via WiFi. If all firewalls are open/allowed it must be possible just like any other device. Same way like I can control via my wifi connected laptop (?)
