I am running 7.5.1 but this also happened on 7.5.0. Every time the prompt for firmware update comes up, I touch to install the update and I always get a "Try Again" message. If I restart the Touch from the button on the back, then it reboots back to the upgrade prompt and works properly after the reboot. I searched and didn't find any bugs related to this, so it must not be a widespread problem, but it has been doing this for several months now. Anyone know a solution short of factory reset?
