We've indeed seen issues with Touch running out of memory when the  
embedded server was running. The firmware should check for this condition  
and shut down the server if needed.

Obviously this won't help if you don't run it. MeSue - are you running any  
3rd party applet (I'd bet you do ;-))? Also: checking the message file in  
the log share might give us more information. You can access it if you  
enable file sharing on the device.
