No it cannot be done. The USB port on the Touch is a host port, in other words its a computer, not a device such as a DAC. Its a hardware limitation thats the way it was designed and there is no way to make it do what you want.
Someone really experienced with linux and network audio could probably hack up a system that created a virtual soundcard on your PC that streamed the sound on the PC to the Touch, but its not an "out of the box" solution and would probably have too much latency for a movie anyway. So I would pretty much say its a not going happen for you.
