The responses on the board is discouraging for potential touch buyers, and it is reason good enough to stay away from it. I think it is quite obvious that the touch, for quite a few, doesnt deliver what is promised regarding it's capabilities to play directly from usb. The religious loyalty some display, not even acknowledging the marketing flaw regarding the touch, make their praises irrelevant, unfortunately. On the website it clearly says that library size doesnt matter, and that USB is a storing option for your files (now, am I wrong in assuming that that means i can have my library on the usb? i think not).
I am just saying this as an outsider - i waited for the touch, wanted to see what the members here thought of it - and it is obviously a risky product. I reeeeally hoped it would be good.
