After a few more days, I've seen Touch drift to about 22 seconds behind
ntp.ubuntu.com and then "correct" to about 8 seconds ahead of Ubuntu.
That doesn't seem quite right -- I'd expect that a correction at
(Ubuntu - 22) would be (Ubuntu - 7) rather than (Ubuntu + 7). FWIW,
Ubuntu seems about 2 seconds behind time.nist.gov, assuming my Vista
box is doing a decent job keeping up w/ NIST.

I wonder if time drift could be part of the problem with SBS/MySB
preference sync (since I know SBS tracks timestamps for individual
prefs). I'd sure hope that the pref sync would include a time drift
negotiation that would run periodically, since SBS machines are
somewhat likely not to keep their clocks accurate -- either doing gross
'ntpdate'-style adjustments or just slowly drifting way off.
