Network can mean a number of different setups. Your current network is daisy-chained computers & devices via cross-over cables. The more common and simpler network is a single router that all devices connect to. Then others will have hubs & switches off of the router for other connections. Some ISP's provide the router (even WiFi routers), while others do not.
Point being, it is not easy to describe every possible "network" configuration scenario on a small retail box. Being a network device they assume you have a network, just as they assume you already have music (also not included in the box). ;) -- toby10 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ toby10's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=12553 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=80223 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
