You can update the firmware via USB flash drive or SD memory card. Download the firmware from http://update.slimdevices.com/update/firmware/7.5.1/. You want the file fab4_7.5.1_r8837.bin. Put it in the root directory of the USB stick or SD card, and then plug the stick or card into the Touch. After that you probably need to use the Touch's menu to start the upgrade (Settings > Advanced > Software update).
