Poking around over SA-CD.net it appears HDtracks was aware of this problem a year ago It looks like HDtracks knew a year ago they had been selling upsampled files which to their credit it also looks like they pulled. What really makes you wonder is why after the first time they continued to blindly accept files from the labels and sell them without testing them.
